Facebook: waiting on approvalMeanwhile, 18 networks connect today.
What is planned
- Plan Page content with its caption and media together.
- Review the selected destination in the composer.
- Keep Facebook posts on the same calendar as your other channels.
Before connecting
- Page access and account permissions affect what can connect.
- Publishing options vary with the media and permission granted.
See Waiting on approval in our documentation for the networks that are not open yet.
Review the whole post
Check the destination, wording, media and time before scheduling. Look at the result in your workspace after publication; a queued item is not a published-post confirmation.
For automation, see our integration previews. No agent connection is implied by this platform page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule Facebook posts with PostDelegate today?
Not yet. Facebook cannot be connected on PostDelegate today. It opens once Meta approves PostDelegate, and a network that is not marked available in the platform directory does not work.
When will Facebook be available?
We do not give dates, because platform review timelines are outside our control. When a connection opens it will appear under Add Channel in the app and get its own guide in the documentation. Contact support to tell us you need it.
What can I do on PostDelegate while I wait?
Start the 7-day free trial, with no credit card, and connect any of the 18 networks open today, such as YouTube, Bluesky, WordPress and Slack. The calendar, composer and media library work the same way for every channel.
Can Claude or ChatGPT post to Facebook?
Not yet. An assistant connected over MCP can only work with channels that are connected in PostDelegate, so it cannot publish to Facebook until that connection exists. You can still use Claude or ChatGPT to draft the text, then bring it into PostDelegate. See the MCP guide.
