Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule Threads posts with PostDelegate today?
Not yet. Threads cannot be connected on PostDelegate today. It opens once Meta approves PostDelegate, and a network that is not marked available in the platform directory does not work.
When will Threads be available?
We do not give dates, because platform review timelines are outside our control. When a connection opens it will appear under Add Channel in the app and get its own guide in the documentation. Contact support to tell us you need it.
What can I do on PostDelegate while I wait?
Start the 7-day free trial, with no credit card, and connect any of the 18 networks open today, such as YouTube, Bluesky, WordPress and Slack. The calendar, composer and media library work the same way for every channel.
Can Claude or ChatGPT post to Threads?
Not yet. An assistant connected over MCP can only work with channels that are connected in PostDelegate, so it cannot publish to Threads until that connection exists. You can still use Claude or ChatGPT to draft the text, then bring it into PostDelegate. See the MCP guide.
